Cheese dairy
A native of Ariège, Jean-Pierre and his son Laurent are committed to promoting the cheeses of their homeland, such as pic de la calabasse, bethmale and bamalou, or the excellent petit fiancé des Pyrénées (rubbed with jurançon). While producers from the surrounding départements are on hand, other regions are well represented, with a total of 200 cheeses for customers to choose from.
