A finalist in the MOF competition in 2022, Nicolas Got, a former school teacher, had only twelve years' experience in cheese-making! After taking over the business from his friend Jean-Paul Grosso, Nicolas Got quickly learned and built on his experience, now offering over 200 varieties of cheese, including Corsican and goat's cheeses.
