A renowned cheesemonger well established in his corner store, with a wide range of cheeses from all regions, a good representation of mountain (various tommes, palouse des Aravis, reblochon, tamié, manigodine...) and Swiss (Etivaz, gruyère d'alpage, vacherin fribourgeois) cheeses, a few rarities (gouda vieux, cheddar Kerry...) and house specialties like shisume (Japanese plum on a coulommiers base).
