Cheese dairy The only producer of farmhouse Camembert in the commune. Around sixty animals produce this unique, ladle-molded, raw-milk product. Nadia and François Durand are thinking of handing over the business in the near future, and we hope that production, the last in Marie Harel's own village, will continue under the same conditions.
