The only producer of farmhouse Camembert in the commune. Some sixty Normandy-bred animals produce this unique, ladle-molded, raw-milk specialty. Despite new specifications for the "Camembert de Normandie" PDO appellation, which authorize the use of pasteurized milk, Nadia and François Durand continue to produce their products under the same conditions. They remain the only producers of genuine Camembert de Camembert!
