In business for thirty-seven years, this family-run operation is the work of three generations who have passed on their know-how and passion for cheese. Now run by Jean-Noël and Laëtitia Casanova, with their partner Patrick Sanchez, the company has maintained its excellent reputation. Specializing in goat's and ewe's cheeses, it offers fresh goat's cheese, tomme, brocciu and fresh ewe's cheese. In addition to direct sales, the farm's products can also be found at local markets (the Oletta market on Fridays from June to the end of September, and the Bastia market on Saturdays from January to the end of July).
