Now run by Jean-Noël and Laëtitia Casanova and their partner Patrick Sanchez, the company's products retain the reputation they've earned. Specializing in goat's and ewe's cheeses, the company's main products include fresh goat's cheese, tomme, brocciu and fresh ewe's cheese. In addition to direct sales, the farm's products can also be found at local markets.
