Valérie and Frédéric Royer present their "fromageothèque": a carefully curated line-up of cheeses. Cheeses at the start of the maturing process are brought to maturity to bring out their full flavor. With great kindness, they are able to offer a varied range of high quality cheeses. From local products to more distant ranges, Tomme de Savoie, Bleu de Termignon, Comté... all have a form of high competition here.
