Cheese dairy
Under the name “Thomas Artisan Fromager,” there’s a charming shop with hardwood floors, a beautiful display of all kinds of cheeses, and special promotions on a varied selection of products, including Ossau-Iraty, Brie de Melun, Pont-l’Évêque, Livarot, Mothais… Every category is well represented; for example, Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Stilton Blue, Shropshire, Bleu de Gex, Bleu d’Auvergne, Fourme, and Montbriac for the blue cheeses. All dairy products, along with a selection of charcuterie and wine to round out the selection.
