Wide open to the street, the store displays its carefully selected tempting cheeses. Small goats' cheeses matured in olive oil, camembert in calvados, brie de Meaux or brie with walnuts, the preparations don't dethrone a classic selection of 40-month old Comté (and sometimes more), and cheddar or stilton from across the Channel.
