Confectionery François Doucet, whose business was awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label in November 2017 for its artisanal fruit paste production, thanks to mastery of all production stages: selection of raw materials, cooking of the sugar, fruit and gelling agent mix in cauldrons respecting the order of incorporation of the raw materials, control of temperature and cooking time... François Doucet also makes his own praline coating, using a unique grape maceration process. He sells mainly to department stores and chains such as Galeries Lafayette and Jeff de Bruges. He also sells abroad, in Europe (Spain, Germany, Austria, England), Russia and Japan.
