François Doucet was awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label in November 2017 for its handcrafted fruit paste, thanks to mastery of all production stages: selection of raw materials, cooking of the sugar, fruit and gelling agent mix in cauldrons in the correct order of incorporation, control of temperature and cooking time... François Doucet also makes its own coating praliné and uses a unique grape maceration process. He sells mainly to department stores and chains such as Galeries Lafayette and Jeff de Bruges. He also sells abroad, in Europe (Spain, Germany, Austria, England), Russia and Japan.
