Chocolate factory Franck Kestener's career to date has been faultless. After a stint in prestigious houses such as Jean-Paul Hévin and La Maison du Chocolat, MOF in 2003 and world pastry team champion in 2006, he opened a boutique in Paris to promote his highly prized regional creations. Formidable strawberry-basil macaroons, apricot-pistachio caramelized blackcurrant-vanilla macaroons: the strong taste of the fruit and the softness of the cookie blend admirably in the mouth.
