Franck Kestener is a K. Born into a family of bakers and patissiers, his attraction to candy and chocolate creations was decisive from the age of 16. Hard work earned him the title of MOF in 2002. He can now add World Pastry Champion to his list of honors. He combines the flavors of cocoa with ginger, lemon zest, caramelized apples, juniper berries, passion fruit, sunflower seeds, rice soufflé, pear and pepper, or the very local marc de gewurztraminer, with that little something extra that characterizes Kestener production.
