Jean-Bernard Brigardis has been a baker and confectioner for over thirty years. Together with his wife Nelly, he has passed on his love of the trade, good products and sharing his passion with customers to their son, who now runs the Boulangerie de Kerollaire with the support of a 20-strong team. The 190 m2 store features a fine range of speciality breads and baguettes, not forgetting its flagship product, the traditional Label Rouge Platine flour baguette from sustainable farming. Gluten-free bread is also available to order. Viennoiserie ranges from butter croissants to homemade doughnuts. Travel cakes, cakes, flaky brioches and gingerbread also feature prominently in the shop windows. The patisserie offers revisited cakes, from Paris-Brest to seasonal entremets, from macaroons to pots of homemade ice cream. The catering section satisfies every appetite with sandwiches, salads, burgers, puff pastries, quiches and pizzas. Enjoy them in the tearoom or on the terrace. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm and Sunday, 7am to 1pm.
