A delicatessen where we never forget that Alberto Herraiz is also one of the best cooks to represent the Spanish tradition and his own specialties, in particular paella rice, according to the choices and accompaniments of the moment, which can still be tasted on the spot. To take things a step further, there's an extensive menu of delicatessen dishes, vegetarian recipes, cod fritters, beef balls, chocolate cream, and all the classic recipes, including the famous "a banda sin banda" rice, which can be ordered just like the other paellas.
