Breeding
Just outside Morsbronn-les-Bains, there’s a duck and goose farm that sells directly to customers on-site on Thursday mornings, all day Friday, and Saturday mornings. There you’ll find goose or duck foie gras and related products, as well as prepared dishes such as cassoulets, confits, smoked duck breast, terrines, and duck pies. A specialty is the “foie d’or,” produced without force-feeding.
