Bakery
Maybe it's the crazy Farinoman, but when it comes to making bread, the baker has every reason to present it as an offering, as a liturgical act. Customers flock to the bakery, queuing outside in all weathers, because the premises are small, it smells good, and everything is man-made: wholemeal bread, spelt, rye, walnuts and grapes, olives from Nyons... Real, good, beautiful stuff.
