Chocolate factory Gifted for the fine arts, the artist abandoned his project as an advertising designer to devote himself to the world of chocolate after tasting Robert Linxe's ganaches at La Maison du Chocolat in 1985. A salutary revelation that has made Fabrice Gillotte one of our greatest chocolatiers. Thanks in no small part to his uncommon technical mastery, he is able to create a balance of tastes approaching perfection. The Créatives barres chocolatées marzipan pêche de vigne, peach vinegar ganache and dark chocolate coating, or the caramel ganache, caramel coulis and hazelnut crumble have numbers to die for.
