Chocolate factory
After Montreuil in Seine-Saint-Denis, the adventure of chocolatiers Candice and Antoine continues just a stone’s throw from Lille. Based in a former spinning mill, they transform cocoa beans into delicious chocolate bars and confections. As part of the “bean-to-bar” movement, they champion the work of producers in Tanzania, Brazil, Vietnam, the Dominican Republic, and Peru. On site, there’s a shop where you can find all their chocolate bars, as well as a selection of treats (gummy bears, rochers…), candied fruits, and chocolate spreads. Tours of the factory are available by appointment. A new shop has recently opened on Place du Général-de-Gaulle in Lille.
