Gelateria Paris has entered Emeline and Guillaume's ice cream era. The iced stick so dear to our childhood, inspired by a trip to New York, is now available in square Trousseau. While the idea is to keep the purée glacée format, the ingredients are based on fresh produce, mostly responsibly produced. All in all, a healthy way to refresh your ideas, with combinations that sometimes turn conventional wisdom on its head. Matcha-red berries, strawberry-vanilla-lime-olive oil or black sesame... the flavors respect the seasons. The toppings are extra special: dip the ice cream in a bath of hot chocolate and top with almonds, for example...
