In the midst of global warming, Paris has entered Émeline and Guillaume's Ice Age. The stick so dear to our childhood, inspired by a trip to New York, is now available in square Trousseau. While the concept is to keep the purée glacée format, the ingredients are based on products that are mostly responsibly produced. This is the healthiest way to refresh your head, with combinations that sometimes turn conventional wisdom on its head. Matcha-red berries, strawberry-vanilla-lime-olive oil or black sesame... The flavors respect the seasons, and the toppings are extra: dip the ice cream in a bath of hot chocolate, and top with almonds, for example...
