Beer Cellar
Elfenn, created by Emmanuel Richard, is a microbrewery like no other, producing beers in partnership with the Bagad de Vannes Melinerion. Hop notes are matched by musical notes! Not only does Emmanuel Richard brew two beers bearing the Bagad's logo, but he also donates 10% of his profits to the music school. "My beer is 100% local, it uses quality ingredients, exclusively from local organic farming and, at the same time, its vocation is to support the transmission and perpetuation of Breton tradition!" explains the passionate manager. Today, Elfenn produces two types of beer: Pale Ale with citrus flavours, and IPA with exotic fruit flavours and amber hues. These beers of character can be found at Biocoop and Comptoirs de la Bio, on the south coast of Brittany, as well as in certain wine shops, small grocery stores and restaurants. Next year, Elfenn is set to expand its range with four new beers linked to the elements (water, earth, fire, air).
