Anne-Sophie Demai, who has been passionate about patisserie since childhood, trained with the Pourcel brothers and then at Ladurée in London, is opening her first boutique here, and she's seen things through: a very talented pastry chef (Arnaud Bourg-Broc), attentive service and a super decor showcasing the house's jewels, traditional recipes revisited or original creations, all absolutely delicious.
