Quality remains as high as ever, and that’s what really matters to cheese lovers, who will feel right at home since Lola continues to offer the Fontainebleau—a cheese that helped build the shop’s reputation. As befits Seine-et-Marne, the selection of Brie cheeses is extensive, featuring a fine range of both stuffed and flower-topped varieties.
