Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory Mickaël Martin took a few detours before settling down. His training as a pastry chef led him on a journey around France, all the way to Réunion Island. While working in a chocolate factory, he specialized in cocoa and decided to return to his native region. With his wife Marjorie, they work the finest cocoa varieties into their sweets, and have since greatly expanded their range.
