Jean-Pierre Étienvre, MOF, joined the company when he was just 20 years old, and ten years later is at the helm with highly prized compositions (without tea). The whole range is worthy of gourmet attention, especially his "Toque d'Or", voted best chocolate speciality in 2012, with calvados-macerated grapes coated in dark chocolate, or the famous filled tablettes, subtly flavoured pastel macaroons and marshmallows.
