Pastry A chou pastry with a secret cream composition, it's so simple and so delicious. We take a small pocket of gourmandise (6 for 7.20 €) as we buy chouquettes at the baker's; the store is pretty, makes you want to cross the threshold, and the welcome is very friendly. 5 other stores between Arcachon, Bordeaux and the Basque Country.
