Bakery Thierry Marx is a five-time chef and a new baker! The kid from Ménilmontant, who has never been able to forget Ganachaud's breads - the ones that made him want to become a chef - is back with his very own madeleine: the honeycombed crumb, the crust browned in the wood-fired oven. However, his bakery will delight the tide of workers on the outskirts of Saint-Lazare who, in addition to being able to treat themselves to a baguette from a MOF (Joël Defives) at the right price (1.10€), will enjoy a top-of-the-range snack.
