Bakery Right next to Saint-Augustin, Thierry Marx's bakery is a beautiful, large workshop and a superb tool for young people growing up in this profession. With first-rate equipment, the neighborhood is seduced by the quality of the bread. Everyone leaves with a "La Loyale" baguette, made with organic rye and wheat flours and natural sourdough. Also in Lafayette-Haussmann, Beaupassage and avenue Marceau.
