Winemaker
This domaine was created in 1992 by Stéphane Aladame. This young domaine from montagny (an appellation that produces only white wines) has nonetheless become a benchmark for great Burgundy white wines. What's more, it has the distinction of producing only... montagny. Stéphane Aladame and his wife Julie farm 8 hectares, 7 of which are Premier Cru! The vineyard is run using a "lutte raisonnée" system. Treatments are carried out using only natural products.
