Gault&Millau's review

Winemaker Riberach is first and foremost the meeting of Jean Michel, Patrick, Moritz, Luc and Guilhem. It was in 2006 that architect Luc Richard, assisted by his associates (a winemaker, a cellar master and two sommeliers) formed this group, combining the talents of each to found Domaine Riberach, with 11 ha of vines. An estate in the high-altitude area of Bélesta. They bought the buildings of the local cooperative, which they transformed into a cellar, but also into a spectacular hotel-restaurant.
