Winemaker
After thirty years of delivering their grapes to the local cooperative, and switching to organic and biodynamic viticulture in 2011, Françoise and Michel-Henri Ratte decided to make and sell their own wine. Their son Quentin joined them in 2016, and the three of them now farm 9 hectares in the commune of Arbois. The Rattes' objective is clear: to produce the most natural wines possible. For them, respect for nature and fruit is a philosophy that extends to both the vineyard and the winery.
