Winemaker
The story of this young Chablis domaine is the story of its owner. Son and grandson of winegrowers, Thomas Pico arrived in 2004 with his degree in hand. He took over 8 ha of the family estate to create his own, which he immediately converted to organic production, and which has been certified since 2009. The estate's first vintages appeared in 2006. The estate now covers 15 ha. Thomas is also in charge of vinification at the family estate. The wines are vibrant and lively, with a remarkable mouthfeel.
