Olivier Pithon (Jo's younger brother from the Coteaux du Layon) set up the domaine in 2001, with his cow Laïs, with the aim of producing great Roussillon wines. Located in Calce, the estate now covers some 20 ha. Olivier Pithon was introduced to wine at the age of 14. So it was only natural that he should take up winegrowing and set up in the Roussillon region. In 2010, Olivier Pithon converted his estate to biodynamic viticulture.
