Winemaker In Chitry-le-Fort, a small Yonne village in a valley planted with vines, Olivier Morin farms 12 ha of Chitry and Bourgogne-Aligoté appellations. The domaine cultivates the three emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy: chardonnay, aligoté and pinot noir. Olivier Morin is undoubtedly one of the best producers in the chitry appellation, with juicy, crisp, fruity and very fine wines.
