Winemaker
Michel Issaly is a man of convictions and ideas, who respects soils and the expression of terroirs. His 6.5-hectare estate, which has been biodynamically farmed since 2010, is part of a global environmental approach. His Gaillac wines are produced in a low-intervention, input-free way. His winemaking philosophy revolves around respect for terroir, Gaillac grape varieties and the vintage. This is the common thread running through all his vinifications.
