Winemaker
Tom Lubbe, originally from South Africa, arrived in Roussillon to work at Domaine Gauby. Between 2001 and 2003, he created his own Domaine Matassa in Espira de l'Agly. It comprises small plots of very old vines scattered between Calce and the Fenouillèdes heights, up to 600 meters above sea level. 15 ha are cultivated using biodynamic practices.
