Winemaker
Ludovic Engelvin is a southerner, a Nîmes native and a winemaker, but he's not a son of. At the age of 25, he settled in the Gard region, where he has been making certified organic wines since 2014, in a biodynamic spirit. The estate is spread over three communes: 3 ha in Vicq-le-Fesq, with an ancient 12th-century blue clay silkworm farm; 3 ha in Souvignargues and Aujargues; plus a further 3 ha of vines. Vinification is carried out naturally, using indigenous yeasts and no additives or sulfur.
