Winemaker
The estate has been family-owned since 1850, cultivating 25 hectares of vines on the historic slopes of the Chablis appellation, developed in the 11th century by Cistercian monks. It goes without saying that a certain taste for tradition is maintained on this estate, now run by Guillaume Michel. For 40 years now, the wines have been vinified exclusively in wood-free vats. The result is pure, straightforward Chablis. As is often the case, we recommend waiting a few years.
