Winemaker
Didier Barral, on the heights of Lenthéric, in the Faugères AOC, settled here in 1990. For over 30 years, he has worked his 36 hectares of fabulous schist terroirs, with the help of his brother Jean-Luc. His cultivation methods respect the ecosystem, encourage interaction between the plant and animal kingdoms, and reinforce the vine's immunity. The wines have a long ageing potential, and are best described as "Faugères wines with a twist".
