Winemaker
Gérard Gauby rediscovered this abandoned Fenouillèdes terroir, and was immediately convinced of its quality, due to the altitude of the vines, which provides a cool climate and decomposed granite soils. Accompanied by Roy Richards and Mark Walford, he began buying vines. Le Soula was born, followed by its first vintage in 2001. Since 2016, Wendy Paillé has been in charge of the estate. The wines are highly recommendable.
