Gault&Millau's review

Winemaker This 7.5-hectare estate was created in 2000 with vines in the Languedoc AOC, near Pézenas. Daniel Le Conte des Floris' Burgundian training is evident in his taste for terroir variation and delicate barrel ageing. Beautiful red cuvées, but in white, the domaine works with an old, little-known grape variety: white carignan. This grape gives a beautiful acidity with well-developed ripeness. Finesse and freshness rather than power and concentration.
