Winemaker
Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard is located in Préhy. Of the estate's 144 hectares, 60 are farmed organically and 40 biodynamically. All Yonne appellations, from Saint-Bris to Chitry de Bourgogne, are produced by the estate, as well as all Chablis appellations. Jean-Marc, a likeable and engaging character, and his son Julien manage to combine quantity and quality. All the wines are sharp and pure, but we recommend not drinking them too soon, as they gain in complexity over time.
