At Domaine Jean Macle, son Laurent carries on the tradition of one of Château-Chalon's finest yellow wines. The Macle family estate, founded in 1850, also produces magnificent Côtes-du-Jura wines. Laurent, with the help of his sister Christelle, manages to get the best out of each plant of savagnin (20% of the domaine) and chardonnay (80%). An address not to be missed!
