Winemaker
Jean-Baptiste Senat set up in 1996 with his wife Charlotte on the family's 17-hectare estate in Trausse, in the Minervois appellation. A role model for the region's young winemakers, the Senat couple are part of the generation that has given the Languedoc its letters of nobility. Jean-Baptiste is a lover of his terroir, and is committed to producing emotionally-charged wines year after year. True artisan wines, in the noblest sense of the word.
