Jean-Gérard Guillot, who died in 2008, founded Domaine Guillot-Broux in 1978 with his wife Jacqueline Broux. His motto was "To pass on is to fulfill one's creation. His sons took over the domaine: Emmanuel as sales manager and Patrice as vineyard manager. The estate has 17 ha of vines spread over 3 villages, in 3 appellations. The estate has been certified organic since 1991. A benchmark.
