Winemaker
Jean-Paul Gentile, winemaker and oenologist, cultivates some 30 hectares of vines on the clay-limestone slopes of Patrimonio, with Corsican grape varieties such as niellucciu and malvoisie. The estate has banned the use of weedkillers and uses organic soil improvers. You'll have to wait for the reds, because when they're young, they're tight and taut; but what a pleasure after a handful of years in the cellar!
