Winemaker
Domaine Gauby covers around 85 ha, 45 of which are vines, up to 120 years old, and a further 40 ha of meadows, oak forests and garrigues. The estate's vines and land are farmed using agrobiology, mixed farming and agroforestry methods. Gérard Gauby and his wife Ghislaine brought the estate to prominence in the 1990s, and today their son Lionel is at the helm. Their wines are among the most renowned in Roussillon.
