In 1988, Dominique Andiran decided to settle in the Gers, and in 2001 he released his first vintage. In the cellar, while the whites ferment gently, some under veil, the reds are oxygenated to soften tannins and enhance aromatic extraction. Dominique Andiran's originality and innovative approach are a joy to behold. The cuvées from this 7-hectare estate clearly stand out from anything else to be found in Côtes de Gascogne.
