Winemaker
Located in Tautavel at the foot of the rocky peaks overlooking the Château de Quéribus, Domaine des Soulanes covers 16 hectares. The estate has been run by Cathy and Daniel Laffitte on an organic basis since the late 90s. Fifteen years of apprenticeship with the previous owner gave them the necessary experience. It was renamed in honor of the soulanes (south/southeast-facing hillsides).
