Winemaker
Domaine des Schistes lies at the crossroads of the terroirs of the Agly valley. First vinified in 1989, the vineyard now covers 55 hectares. The estate has not usurped its name, since most of its vineyards are located on these famous multicolored rocks with their flaky structure. From these poor soils, Jacques and Mickaël Sire produce wines with a strong personality.
