Winemaker A former INAO inspector, Pascal Clairet, assisted by his wife Evelyne, acquired Domaine de la Tournelle in 1991, in the heart of the Jura. This estate is one of those that claim to be a natural, sulfur-free wine. Their vines, certified organic since 2010, cover 7.40 ha. Last but not least, the Bistrot de la Tournelle adjoins the estate, where in summer the Clairets offer tastings of their bottles and other wines over a platter.
