Gault&Millau's review

Winemaker Domaine de la Garance is a 6.5-hectare estate in Caux, north of Pézenas in the Languedoc region. Since 1998, Murielle Clavier and Pierre Quinonero have been committed to producing racy red and white wines from complex and varied terroirs. The vineyard has been managed according to organic principles since 2011. The estate's wines are mainly based on old Carignan and other ancient grape varieties. They are represented under the Vin de France and AOC Languedoc appellations.
