Caroline and Louis Mitjaville bought Domaine de l'Aurage in 2006. After growing up at Tertre-Rotebœuf, the family estate, and working as an advisor to various estates in France, Louis acquired his own vineyard. In the Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, which has the advantage of being close to Saint-Emilion. This 22-hectare, hilly estate, planted with 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, is one of the appellation's best values.
